Agendas, Audios, and Minutes
To view agendas, minutes and recordings, click on the year of choice. This will take you to its respective page. Then choose the month and the list will expand to show each week's related files. These files are all in .pdf format. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader of which can be downloaded by visiting www.adobe.com.
To listen to the audio, simply open the file and click on the green triangle bookmarks. If you receive a yellow warning box at the top of the file that reads: "Some features have been disabled to avoid potential security risks..."
Click the "options" drop down box on the warning bar, choose "Trust this document always". You will then be able to play the audio from within the file.
